REGISTRATION
Please note that the registration process is already open for sponsors, exhibitors, groups, and delegates. Participation fees can be paid in EUR or RSD.
The registration fee for all participants includes access to all scientific sessions, printed materials, lunches, coffee breaks, entry to the exhibition, an invitation to the welcome reception and gala dinner, as well as the full social program of the congress.
The registration fee without an accommodation package is 200.00 EUR.
GROUP REGISTRATION RULES
Group registration rules apply only to groups of at least 10 members. For more details, please contact the congress secretariat.
SHIPPING & LOGISTICS
All exhibitors must check with freight forwarding companies for details regarding transportation and customs regulations in Montenegro.

The prices are the same for both hotels and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Prices are per person and include 3 nights with breakfast, congress registration fee, 3 working lunches, welcome cocktail, congress dinner, coffee breaks, and a surprise evening event (beach or indoor pool, depending on weather conditions).
Please add a 5% agency commission to the displayed prices.
All reservation cancellations must be submitted in writing and are subject to the following conditions:
By 31.03.2025. – 80% refund,
By 15.04.2025. – 50% refund,
After 01.05.2025. – No refund!
Name changes until 01.05.2025. are free of charge; after this date, a fee of 2,360 RSD applies.
Refund requests must be submitted in writing.
All refunds will be processed no later than 45 days after the end of the conference.
